Egan has averaged 69.8 yards on kickoffs with a 4.01 average hang time. Egan kicked off 85 times during his senior season for 4,686 yards and 44 touchbacks. He booted home 19 field goals including a 52-yard attempt and 54 PAT's. He kicked three field goals in Prattville's 16-13 championship game (08) against Hoover. He was the second ranked kicker at expo in Miami, kicked a 65 yard long field goal and was 100% on his field goal attempts.
Egan was named Parade All-American as a senior, 6A ASWA All-State First Team, Birmingham News First Team All-State (all classes), All Metro 5A-6A First Team by Montgomery Advertiser.
