2008: Caldwell completed 319 passes from 530 attempts for 4,132 yards scoring 37 touchdowns. The senior produced only 11 interceptions from his over 500 attempts. He earned ASWA Super 12, ASWA All-State First Team 5A QB, Birmingham News First Team All-State QB (all classes), Cullman News All-Area QB, Orlando Sentinel All-Southern Team (AL), All-Area First Team QB.
The senior also punted for his 5A State Champion Semi-Finalist. He had over 1,060 yards on 30 punts with a better than 35 yard per kick average.
2007: Caldwell completed 64.9 percent of his passes in 2007 connecting on 243 of 376 attempts for 31 touchdowns, six interceptions and 2,979 yards. He averaged 213 yards per game and 12.3 yards per reception.
Cullman Times awarded first team-Offense All-Area. ASWA All-State honorable mention for his junior season. |
