Alabama commitment talks win over Georgia
Posted Sep 29, 2008
ScoutSouth.com caught up with Anthony Orr Sunday evening, and we asked the University of Alabama commitment his thoughts about the Tide’s victory over the University of Georgia.
“I didn’t get to go to the game, but I watched it on TV,”
said from his home in Harvest, (Ala.).
“It was a good game. I thought
played real well all but about three or four series. It was a team effort, and they looked good.”
“If we keep improving it will be hard for teams to beat us. I think everything is going in the right direction, and I’m excited to be a part of the future."
ScoutSouth.com also asked the talented defensive lineman if he was a solid commitment to Alabama.
“Yes sir, I’m solid to Alabama,” Orr commented.
Orr and his Sparkman Senators are 2-3 after picking up a 41-0 win over Hazel Green last Friday night.
“It hasn’t started like we wanted it to, but hopefully we will get it turned around. I have done pretty well, but we aren’t where we want to be,” Orr concluded.
