"I had a real good time at the camp," Quintin Jackson said from his home in Mobile, Ala. "I think I did pretty good considering the high caliber talent that was there. My favorite part was just competing. I just love to compete."
Jackson plays linebacker, and he has caught the attention of colleges around the South.
"I received an offer from South Alabama last week," Jackson reported. "Coach Craig came by my school. They had watched my film. They really liked what they saw, and they wanted me to come to South Alabama. It's exciting to get your first offer."
"I am also hearing from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, UAB, Georgia and Vanderbilt."
"Clemson came by the school, and they liked my film. They were going back to show it to the head coach and see if they had an offer for me."
"UAB has also been by, and they pretty much told me the same thing Clemson did."
Quintin Jackson plans to keep busy this summer as he makes the camp tour in hopes of impressing college coaches.
"I am going to camps at Alabama, Auburn, Vanderbilt and hopefully Georgia," Jackson concluded.
