"I went to Mobile, and it was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed everything about it. I feel like it helped me;" Taylor Carney said from his home in Killen, (Ala.).
The 6-2, 240-pounder plays defensive end and linebacker for Brooks High School, and he reports his stats from his junior campaign.
"My coaches told me I had 18 to 20 sacks, 70 tackles and 10 tackles for a loss. I also had two fumble recoveries," Carney said.
"I haven't had many schools recruiting me right now, but I have heard from Colorado. They invited me to a game last season, but I didn't make it out for the visit."
"I'm going to as many camps as I possibly can this year. I would like to go to Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, FSU, UT, West Virginia and Mississippi State."
"Our team runs the Tony Franklin offense, so we are going to team camp at Auburn this year."
"I really don't have any favorites. When you get right down to it I would like to play in the SEC."
