“I went to Louisville, and I think I had a good camp up there. The coaches said they liked me,” Eric Jones stated.
“I went up to Clemson for one day, and it rained us out. We only got in a half day. Coach Dabo Swinney is my recruiting coach, and I really like him. He’s a nice guy. All the coaches have been very nice.”
“I also went to Vandy’s camp. I really enjoyed it up there, and I think I did well there."
“I’m looking for some good things to come from these camps. Everywhere I’ve been the coaches has told me they really liked me, and they were going to keep in touch with me.”
Eric Jones doesn’t have any additional plans for football camps and is leaving to participate in a 10-day mission trip with his church.
“We’re going to several different places," he said. "One of the things we do is visit with young kids. It’s a great feeling."
“I’ve been working hard this summer, and it will be a welcome break from all the recruiting and work-outs. I’ll do some running while I’m gone, just to try to stay in shape.”
