"I am very excited about the offer. I was shocked. I was really out there trying to keep my head up high and lead my team to the championship."
The 6-foot-3, 190-pound prospect talked about his interest in the Rebels.
"It's a good school. I am a type of player I feel like I can play at any program. I have to see their graduation rate. That's going to be my deciding factor," he said.
Wilder has several camps planned for the summer in hopes of earning more scholarship offers along the way.
"I am thinking about going to Auburn's camp Saturday. After that I am going to Alabama's basketball camp. I am going to their passing camp as well. I am going to LSU for their individual camp and senior camp. I may go to Mississippi State and Georgia as well," he explained.
When asked of other schools showing interest and favorites Wilder said, "I would have to say Auburn, Alabama, Mississippi State, Memphis and Louisville are all showing a lot of interest in me. I don't have any favorites. I am pretty even with all them."
Wilder recorded 39 receptions for 783 yards and 12 touchdowns during his junior campaign.
