"It was fun," Coley White said from Daphne, (Ala.). "We got to meet the coaches and meet my recruiter (James Willis) for down here. We also watched the scrimmage."
"The scrimmage was all right, but it wasn't that exciting. There weren't many big plays."
White talked of his favorite part of the trip, "Meeting all the coaches and seeing the different players."
White offered a run-down of his trip to Auburn.
"When we got there we sat down, and they split us up in groups according to where we were from. They put us with our recruiting coach. They talked to us about Auburn. We got to see the guys that play our position for Auburn go through warm-ups. We watched the scrimmage. I would give the visit a six on a scale of one-to-10. This was my first time to see Auburn and was like I expected," he said.
White did not pick up an offer from the Tigers, but he has picked up his first scholarship offer.
"Central Michigan offered me last week as a quarterback," he said. "I am very impressed and happy. That is where I want to play in college, quarterback."
