Corley Visiting Tide Opening Weekend

McGill-Toolen's Sidell Corley will take an unofficial visit to the University of Alabama for the Tide's season opener against Hawaii.

Corley's father, an assistant coach for Mobile-McGill-Toolen, (Ala.), participated in a moderated chat session for ScoutSouth.com to talk of the upcoming season for the Yellow Jackets. Corley shared the weekend plans of his son for the first college game of the season.

Corley remains a verbal commitment to the Florida Gators, but will take an official visit to Alabama for the Iron Bowl and will take an official visit to Auburn as well. The date of the visit to Auburn has not been determined.

ScoutSouth.com covers Alabama high school athletics for Scout.com. Weekly guests for chat sessions are held each Wednesday night at 8 p.m.

Coach Corley had previous plans for Wednesday night, but joined ScoutSouth.com Thursday night for a very informative chat session.
