SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Thirty-seven scholarship offers. Five stars. A likely No. 1 ranking at running back.

Derrick Green has proven himself as a runner on the prep level at Hermitage (Va.) High School. The FOX Sports NEXT five-star ran for 49 yards in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl at the Alamodome on Saturday afternoon.

The challenge that awaits the talented Class of 2013 recruit is at a BCS school of his choice. The 6-foot, 220-pounder's top six schools are Auburn, Miami (Fla.), Michigan, Ole Miss, Oregon and Tennessee.
