Cottonwood's Dawsey wins the versatility award in win over Providence Christian. The 2A Stars of Alabama for Week Three of the 2010 football season.

Dawsey rushed for 176 yards on six carries scoring touchdowns on 55 and 82 yard runs in his team's 46-3 win over Providence Christian. He caught three passes for 103 yards including a 62-yard short pass he ran for a touchdown. The senior made five of his seven extra point tries and recorded 10 tackles, recovered a fumble and returned an interception 45 yards for a touchdown from his linebacker position.

Dixon completed 8-of-9 passing attempts for 117 yards and three touchdowns in the 55-0 win over J.U. Blackser. His touchdowns passes were 48, 3, and 21 yards.

Thomas rushed for 66 yards on seven carries and caught four passes for 127 yards and a touchdown in his team's 35-27 loss to Randolph County. He also recorded seven tackles and returned an interception for a touchdown. Oliver made 14 tackles, with two for a loss and a pass breakup.

Patterson made 13 tackles in the win while Haynes made eight tackles, two sacks and had a fumble recovery. Milton had five tackles, two pass breakups and an interception in the win.

Smith intercepted three passes in the 25-16 win over Zion Chapel. He also caught an 11-yard touchdown pass on offense.

Mayfield rushed for 126 yards on 21 carries in his team's 35-7 win over Ider. He completed six of his 10 pass attempts for 92 yards. The senior tossed four touchdowns on 12, 12, 8 and 42 yards. He ran for a fifth touchdown on a 2-yard run.
